  24.      I'm still a little bewildered by all the traffic regarding the
  25. new version of Lightwave. There are people trying to run beta graphics
  26. software under beta operating systems! Really now, how much work do
  27. you expect to get done? I've been buying software in pre-release
  28. for years now and have learned not to delete the old version until
  29. the new is stable, in fact, I've ceased buying software until the
  30. bug reports have died down. Not that I want to detract from
  31. Lightwave's sales but.... sometimes it's better to just wait...

  33. OOTAR: The new version dosen't include glows yet so I've just set
  34.        a couple of hundred lens flares manually (well, lightswarm
  35.        helped). Does anyone have an easier way to manipulate the
  36.        envelopes en masse? I was going to try editing (search and
  37.        replace) the scene file itself but the time for experimentation
  38.        had passed. I've just completed a rather snappy lit cigarette
  39.        and don't want to do it again ;-). Sugggestions?
